My first art teacher was my mother, a painter from Italy. I thought I'd share some of her earlier work, including denim art, confection partition dividers, set design & oil canvas.

What I love most about her work is how her style changes while maintaining a sense of vibrancy, movement and magnetism. She can be very detailed and precise, but prefers abstract expression of emotion. Some of her best paintings are lost, a reminder that nothing lasts forever-even art.

My father is also a talented artist, with a penchant for architectural design, blueprints & detailed drawings with a whimsical flair.
